problem sign in

I just downloaded Adobe Animate, but when I try to sign in with an email that I sign in Adobe Account, it keeps telling me that no account associated with the email address. Even though the previous Adobe app I sign in didn't have any problems with it.

Can you sign in at https://account.adobe.com/ using teh same credentials?

I did not quite get it. Are you able to successfully log into Adobe.com?
