Problem while saving Animate file as mp4

I recently got a macbook pro to use for my adobe projects. When I went to download it there was a pop up saying that it had to download the Intel version. I guess becasue macbook pro's have there own apple graphic's card. Anyways on this mac I can't save as an mp4. there is always a pop up about the encoeder failing for something. I can't save it as an mp4 using quick share and publish>publish>mp4. I didn't have this problem on my windows computer. Any ideas?

open adobe media encoder.

whle it's open, click file>export>export video/media>etc

Thanks for the help. For some reason when I downloaded Animate it didn't automatically download media encoder like it did on my previous computer. I downloaded it separately and now it works fine.
