problem with automatically anchor point

Hello,

I am using animate cc recently. Before I was on Flash CS6. I have a new problem. Sometimes when I modify a path with the Selection tool (black arrow), it automatically creates new anchor points? Why ? How to avoid it? Thank you.

ps: no problem under Flash cs6 ...
