Problem with HTML file on Chrome

Hello! I am using Animate for a few assignments and I am having a problem w opening the files on Chrome. When I try to open the file, it doesn't give me any errors but the screen just stays white 

I have no idea what could cause this, my Chrome is up to date, the file works in Animate just fine. One of my files works fine on Chrome without any problems but any other file does this. Any ideas / fixes for this? 

I couldn't find any posts about this.
