Problem with stop video in frame when go to the frame before with keyboad control

i am having a problem with a video that i put in a frame, y am moving the frames with my keyboard not with a botton, but when I want to go to the frame before the video don't stop and continue with the sound, i have it with the keyboard to move me in the frames
