I would export the .fla out as a video, but when I do it stops on 94% and stay there for hours. Nothing changes and I have to shut down the program just to change anything. I've tried everything from using a different form of export to lowering the data and I even reset the program what do I do?

Looks like there has been some issue with layers in your Animation which needs to be checked.
Please try to follow the suggestions in this thread - Animate CC Crashes when Preview or Export to Video is used which has helped few users.
