Programing with Adobe Animate

Hello - I am new here and I have a question: Is it possible to program a question - answer procedure in a animation -> for example: I have a background with 2 figures - the user has to solve a math-exercise - if the result is o.k. one of the figures move - if the result is wrong - the other figure move - and the math-exercises are in a database or in a text file
