Properties Panel Bug: Swap and Properties buttons are missing

Hello,

I've been using Adobe Animate for almost a year, and recently, a problem has started to occur. The properties panel doesn't resize properly; inside, the length of the type and name textboxes exceeds the panel, and my swap and properties buttons disappear, as shown in the picture I attached. Sometimes, it doesn't get fixed even though I restart the program, and at other times, it fixes itself without any action on my part.

It has been almost 6 or 7 months, and updates haven't fixed that bug. If you have a solution for it, I would appreciate your help.
