Publish settings not saved

When I save some profiles in Publish Settings, they are not saved after quiting the application.

Even if I export to "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Animate 2020/en_US/Configuration/Publish Profiles/" they are not shown in the profile dropdown menu.

Also I would expect that saving HTML files (using the same structure as the default.html) in "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Animate 2020/en_US/Configuration/Publish/Canvas/template/" would be easily accesible from the Publish Settings window with like a dropdown menu or something. Like it was with older versions.
