Publish without opening new browser windows each time?

Is there a workflow where you can publish with html5 and not have animate open a new browser window each time? I thought this use to be an option when it was flash.

    If you choose File > Publish it will do this - but if you want to preview then Test Movie will open the browser each time if targeting the native web. Test Movie works as before if targeting Flash Platform.
