Hello,

When publishing or testing HTML5/Canvas project they take forever to load. How to stop this from happening 5mins of waiting time.

Thank you,

Charles Nelson

if the problem is with all fla's:

    1. before reinstalling, reset your preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/kb/animate-cc-crashes-on-launch-startup.html

(or remove Win:  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC <version>\ and

                                      C\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\<version>\

                            Mac:   /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<Animate CC version>/ and

                                        /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)

    2. if that fails and you're going to reinstall:

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

use trial and error with a test fla.

start by removing the top 1/2 of the library symbols.

if no problem, use the test fla and remove the bottom 1/2 of the library symbols.

once you find which 1/2 of the library contains the problem, remove the top 1/2 of that portion.

    etc

    How?

By finding the cause for such slowness and eliminating it.
