Question: How to do responsive banner?

Hello Guys! Please help) I am working on responsive banner HTML5. Height is constant 250px and wide-100%. When I squeeze browser window the picture (square) squeezes too. How to make banner still the same without deformation of the picture?

You'd have to use a bit ofcode to do that. With a timer or a stage rezise listener - if the width reaches certain threshhols you can reposition or resize elements as needed or adjust them per the relative size of your banner.
