Radius Lock [HELP]

This is driving me crazy.

On a primitive or standard rectangle ... how can I lock the radius? There used to be a radius lock icon ... now it's gone in Animate 2021.

deselect the individual corner radius icon by selecting the rect corner radius icon:

I tried this... but if you scale the object it doesnt retain the radius. 😞

that's not what the lock did. it maintained the same corner radius in all 4 corners during creation.

in addition, no version of animate/flash retained corner radius with scaling unless you used 9-slice scaling (unavailable in html5/canvas).
