Record FLV Adobe Air

Hi,

I want to record a FLV with the webcam. I'm using "FLVRecorder" and creating a FLV using images, but it takes to long. A video of 35 seconds and 320px wide takes like 5 minutes to render.

Do you know another method to save a FLV or what can I do?

Hi, I found this Flash/AIR record videos of your apps and games: Rainbow Creatures

But I get this error:

1172: Definition com.rainbowcreatures could not be found.

You can use Adobe Media Server - you just send your webcam stream directly to the server and record it. The flv is ready when you're done recording... There's a dev version that is free and allows for up to 10 connections - which you probably just need one. I've used this method many times successfully.
