Regarding Graphics Card | Animate CC

Hi there. I'm new and naive to adobe animate and makes 3-4 min quick animations. I have a low end pc and animate seems to work fine i have adequate ram. and planning to make longer 10 min videos. i don't want to hung on time. so i'll update some hardwares i don't have a graphic card and i'm short on money. i've done some research and some sources are suggesting that adobe animate doesn't requires a graphic card for  2D animation. and on offcial site it just says open gl 3.3. now i'm confused if i should buy graphic card or just update my processor. please do help telling me if it requires a graphic card or not. i'll buy as per my needs.Even just Yes/NO answers would be helpfull and apreciated. thanks please do answer i'll be greatfull
