Retrieving answers for online Animate created quiz

I need to make an animation that includes a quiz that will be on a website. I've found tutorials for making a quiz, but I haven't found anything that shows how to record and retrieve the results of the quiz. I want to be able to track how people do on the quiz. Any suggestions?
