Rigging making a character jump up

Hey everyone! I have this weird issue where whenever I move my character it just moves up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Stop trying to rig characters with the built-in rigging tools in Animate CC: they are buggy and useless for production. It is a waste of your time.

Instead, install the free Flanimate character rigging tools, and use those.
