Right clicking tools?

Hello, I just downloaded Adobe Animate CC yesterday and began to give the trial a try. I've come to like it, but I've hit a annoying snag. So down in the timeline when I copy and paste a frame I click my wacom pens right button. It was working fine yesterday, i would right click a frame and paste it to another key frame. Now when I right click to copy the frame a tiny little dotted box appears under the cursor and the right click menu shows up briefly and leaves. Even on my tools. When I need the eraser I'll tap it only to see that it erases the whole key frame and it wasnt doing that yesterday, but when I right click the eraser I can use it freely. What gives?? When I wanna pick another color I have to right click the color with my pen to access it, no more just a single tap. Did I mess something up?
