Question

Safari versus Chrome & Microsoft Edge

I use Animate 2019 to create a website, publishing the files in HTML5 canvas and js. I develop on an iMac and when displayed with Safari it looks perfect. However, when displayed in Chrome or Edge on a Windows machine or an iMac some of the text is "shifted" slightly, not a lot but enough to be noticable. Turns out it is only text that I created as "dynamic" text and not "static" text. Static text remains where it should. I assume the slight "shifting" of the dynamic text is just something I will have to accept unless anyone has other thoughts. Thanks for any feedback.

Using web fonts for the dynamic text?

Hello. I am using Verdana, regular, size 14 but apparently not a web font version. Would you recommend Adobe Fonts or Google Fonts? Thanks.

Oddly, I can't find Verdana in either the Adobe Fonts or Google Fonts.
