Sample characters missing

Hi there,

I have been having recurring problems with animate crashing and have been unable to find the solution.

One thing I have also noticed is that the sample characters such as farmer walk etc no longer show up when I log in- only the rigging options. See Screenshot. Does anyone know why this might be? Am wondering if they are connected to the crash error as well.

Fyi the crash code is <crash exception="EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" exceptionCode="0xc0000005" instruction="0x0000000070908660">

You need to choose "all" underneath characters.

Also, make sure you have the latest version. 21.0.6

if you have no customizations, define a custom keyboard shortcut
then reset your preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/set-preferences.html

confirm you were successful by checking for reset customizations
