save pics from library

Ok, so recently I was trying to get some assets for a character of mine, and I had to dig back to an old file to get the images. But I'm wondering, how do I transfer my old SVG images to my new file, or to a separate folder on my computer for later use?

Importing an SVG image into Animate converts it to a native Animate vector object. The original SVG data is discarded. The closest you can get to recovering the original SVG is to place the imported vector on the stage, then go to Publish Settings, uncheck whatever's directly under "PUBLISH" on the left, then under "OTHER FORMATS" check "SVG Image". Publish.

But, if you just want to use the imported SVG in a different Animate project, all you have to do is open both the old and new projects in Animate and copy-paste between the libraries.

if you mean a cc library, turn on file sync to sync to your computer.
