Scaling by percentage Adobe Animate

A suggestion:

It would be nice if we could scale objects by percentage. PNG's for example.
A lot more practical than using the actual size in pixels.

    click window>transform and, after selecting your object, enter the width and height percentages.  if they're the same, click the lock icon to use the same percentage for both.

    you can do that using the transform panel.

    I can't seem to find that. All I have is these scaling option.

    So I simply put 200% in the field ?
