Scaling feature in Adobe animate cc 2022

Hi I'm a newbie who has being using the software Adobe animate cc 2022 and the tutorial is for Adobe animate cc 2021 and in the properties tab there's supposed to be a image tab but is not there in 2022 so I'd like to ask where can I find the image tab?
