setup online class room

Hi all,
Can I setup a swf file in browser which can setup online class room, in that swf , we can chact and draw pictures and draw diagram so that the person who is using anothet computer at some place can also intract with us in the same way.

It would be great for me if you can give me valuable sugessions, links and tutorials relating to this topic.

I agree with michael novia, its not an easy task. If you are going to be using FCS then I would recommend this book;

I don’t know of any tutorials online that will show how to build a multi-user application. You really need to be aware of FCS's limitations (price, bandwidth/hosting, number of users) before you get into your project.

For your information, if you go to the link below and read the thread that muxx started which the author replied back, talks about server side script and why it uses AS 1.0 and not AS 2.0.

As i know little actionscript, actullay i am confused where to start, since i didn't dealed with flash communication server actionscript. It would be great if you can give me sugession in where should i start learning inorder to do this.

Its not going to be easy.

Im currently developing similar software inhouse, using flash, for meetings.

Before you dive into this project, trying creating the project without multi-user functionality. figure out everything you wanted to do first, then with your knowledge go ahead and tackle the project.

You would need something like Flash Comm. (Flash Media Server) to do such a thing. Here are some similar products;
