Shape Tween Not Working

Hello again people.

 

When I create a shape tween with two abnormal shapes, the tween doesnt have the arrow pointing right at the end, it used to have it and every time I do it, it doesn't work, if you ask for a video, I will gladly supply it.

create a new layer

copy the start shape to the keyframe where you want the tween to start

copy the end shape to the keyframe where you want the tween to end.

create your shape tween.
