Shape Tweening Error

I'm trying to animate an ocean wave in Macromedia flash 8 but I can't cause of this.
feel free to help, Idk what I'm doing and I'm confused about this at this point.

Shape Tweens, as the name suggests, work only on shapes, i.e. raw vector shapes or Drawing Objects.

The message that you see suggests that you are trying to apply a Shape Tween to something that does not meet the above criteria.

 

Isolate one shape per layer and then apply Shape Tween to it. If something is grouped, break it apart.

 

ps. Do you really think that "feel free to help, Idk what I'm doing..." is an appropriate and polite way to ask for help?
