shared object popup

I have an app that uses sharedobject, but now when the popup appears to give permission, users can't press any button. Is there a way to solve it?

The flash player has been killed. So it's no longer supported by any app or browser. Sorry.

It's an old application in exe

that needs to be updated to an air app, not anything that depends on the seriously outdated flash player.
