shopping products, google play console

Good Morning. I want to upload a free app made with animate to google play console. An app with limitations. In that app there will be a link to purchase products where little by little you can remove limitations according to the money you spend, that is, these purchase products will update the app but with more functions.

I works with AS3.
I have no idea how this is done in animate and, above all, how it coordinates with the google play console.
