Shortcut for View > Zoom Out not working

Hey there,

 

I try to customize my shortcuts in Adobe Animate 2020 but what ever I put in for Vie > ZoomOut is ignored and won't show up in the shortcut dialog window. It just stays empty. I did this before and it worked on my Mac. On the PC it is not. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the App as suggested in another post for a similar problem ... no result.

 

Any suggestions?

    Hello!


    Default keyboard shortcut for "View -> Zoom Out" is " CTRL + - " in windows & " CMD + - " in mac.

    This can be changed in "Keyboard Shortcuts..." dialog available under "Edit" menu in windows & "Animate" menu in mac.

     

    I tried to change the shortcut in both my win & mac setup from default to '2' and this works fine at my end. Sharing a screen recording for your reference - https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/1af7a6ad-5a06-454e-4acc-116b41a23eb9
