Shortkeys problem

Hello, please read this until the end :

I recently bought a Wacom Intuos drawing tablet, which is very good.

If you know the product, there are buttons on the top of the tablet, by default they are set to be "ctrl", "shift" "tab" and an other one that i forgot.

So they are meant to be shortcuts buttons. But, when i want to change them, for Adobe CC, it doesn't work.

I go to the shortcuts settings, and when i press to button on the very right (for example) it activates the default button so "ctrl"

and even if i go to the talet's driver and that i turn off the buttons, it still doesn't do anything...

It would be way faster for me if I could manage to make these buttons work in the software

Thanks in advance

Correct answer chenjil43641795

I tested it, I didn't run into problems.

My process.

Open the Wacom Driver

Application Select plus sign

Find the ANIMATECC installation path and select Animatecc.exe

Selection in the Wacom driver application ANIMATECC

Select button in Digital panel

Select keyboard

Define the keyboard keys you want to set

And then determine

Using shortcut keys to test

I didn't meet your problem.

But when I use the mouse,

Set the wheel left and right to zoom in and zoom out,

is not valid in the ANIMATECC.

So ANIMATECC's shortcut key should be different from other software settings.

You can test again, Wacom driver running as Administrator.

Change shortcut keys under test.
