show the movement of water in a pipeline

Hi
I want to show the movement of water in a pipeline (like the figure below).

As you can see, some of the lines are small and some are large.

I want to make a sample animation of water movement and paste it on all the lines , what's the solution ?

put each line on its own layer (or, for even more control, make each line a movieclip) and use a shape tween to show water flowing in the line.
