I have been ask to create a short video with sign language and want to know if I can sync a pair of hands to  tto recorded audio and subtitles?  Is there a puppet hands and wrist to do this?

    1. sync audio and video/images, yes.

     

    2.  puppet hands are not native to animate, but you could import videos/images of the various signs.
