Simpler was to create Goolge Ads - HTML5 with Animate? Is it possible?

Question

It looks like it's possible to create animated ad banners for Google Ads through Animate. However, it looks like you need to go in to the code and do a few cut/paste job to "make it work". Is there a more straight forward way to simpler create the banner and export/publish the files needed? (zipped or not) This way you can simpler upload it to the valuator to check if it worked? The cut/pasting of codes can be intimating to designers not comfortable with going into the code level. Any suggestions? Is this even possible?

Don't waste your time with Animate for HTML5 or AMPHTML ads, despite what they say for now it's useless. If you manage to build something it's bloated and won't validate. From someone who has tried. Adobe aren't prioritising ad creation.
