Simulate aurora borealis (northern light) effect

Hello,
Anyone who know about a tutorial on how to create aurora borealis (northern light) effect in flash as3? Have tried to google it, but can't find anything about this in as3.

Have a background image with northern light in the sky, and want to create an animation that simulate movement and some colorchange of the northern light in the image.

Please help!
