Size of object modify on both ways

Just moved from Adobe Flash CS6 to Adobe Animate CC and here is a new feature that i don't know how to dezactivate. When i am free transforming an object like modify size or tilt in one way, Adobe Animate is mirroring myaction and do the same in the opposite position. Exemple when i try scaling something more upwards, it automatically changes size downwards. Any help of how to dezactivate this thing?
