Skills requested

Hello guys! I'm pretty new to animate (I come from after effects) but I've been ask to create some html5 banners. So I'd like to ask you if you know tutorials/courses that can help me in understanding the basis and how to create/handle the process of making and deliver html5 banners. I've seen some options on udemy but the feedbacks aren't that great. Can anyone help me?

Another point is what are the main skills one should have to create html5 banner in a professional envirnoment?
I'd say knowledge in Animate CC, html, css and javascript and experience with the major publisher.
Do you think these skills could be enough in case I need to hire someone?
