Some versions of Animate work

Question

I need help Every version of Flash works and Adobe Animate CC 2020, 2021 and 2022 work aswell but I want to use animate cc 2019 except it crashes on startup I tried using adobe animate 2018 splash screen works but doesn't open same with 2017 and 2016. I can only use flash or the newset versions of animate I used cc cleaner reset prefrences and uninstalled and reinstalled Animate 2019 but no luck I remember one time animate cc 2019 worked but now it doesn't.

animate cc 2019 works for me on my win 10 computer, (and i may have it on my mac, too).

you could try resetting your preferences by removing

Win:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC <version>\ and

C\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\<version>\

Mac:

/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<Animate CC version>/ and

/Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)
