Sound and Lip-synching not working on Mobile

Hi, 

I created a character in Animate (Html5 Canvas), used the Auto Lip-Synching too and it worked fine on the deskstop and laptop, however, the sound does not come in on mobile devices.  The lips are moving slowly and I get absolutely no sound.

Please help!!! Thanks.
