sound in adobe animate 2022

Hi every one

i'm struggling with this issue i added my sound in my library and after i grab it to the stage in the timeline is working fine but when i test it i hear nothing even after i export the project (html5) is the same no sounds and i followed the tutorial but not work also the effect option in properties for the sound is unclickable

any help please

Hi.

Chromium browsers (Google Chrome, new Edge, Brave, among others) do not allow autoplay in most cases, unless the autoplay is muted.

You should create a screen for the user to interact first somehow (e.g.: clicking/tapping on a start button) and then play the audio.

And sound effects are only supported in AS3 documents.
