Sound is not Playing Outside The Symbol in Animate

Hello,

I'm new to Animate. I've created this simple face with simple blink and lip sync.

Everything works well I am inside the 'face' symbol. But when I go to the main timeline, the audio doesn't work. Also, I can see some lip sync issues If I copy and paste the same sound on the main scene in a new layer.

What am I doing wrong?

While uploading the project file here I'm getting an error, "The attachment's new.fla content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed."
