Sound not working right in adobe animate

When I uploaded an audio file it works well when i start at the beginning ,but if I try to play it at a different time or scrub through it, I hear nothing.

set your sound's sync property to stream, not event.

If you are using HTML5 Canvas, and your Animate isn't up to date, the Stream option what be enabled. Either make your animation using an ActionScript 3.0 FLA, or update Animate to get that feature in HTML5 Canvas.
