Stage Document and all Menus totally disappearing in Animate 2024

Hiya,

I have never exerienced this before, but in my class with 24 students, at least 5 of them have experienced where the stage and all menus disappear upon making a new document. I have tried changing workspaces and deleting the program and installing an earlier version. Nothing works. Would really appreciate some help!

did you opt to remove preferences when uninstalling?

I did delete the preferences. I also restarted. One of my techs said that they were able to fix the problem by restarting the computer when the Wacom tablet was disconnected. Maybe that is the issue? Something with the interplay with the tablet?
