Still cant figure out how to add fonts to adobe animate

Hi!

Still cant figure out how to add fonts to adobe animate.

So far i understand: click on the text tool, and go to the properties menu.. but then what ??

Here are the options i have:

I will add that the global symbol is greyed out always, not sure why because i have a wifi connection..
