Strange text box over layers panel

This weird textbox appeared over my layers panel. It's stock in this position. I've tried closing the timeline and opening it back up. I've tried closing animate and opening it back up. These text box can't be removed and they are just stuck in this position. Anyone know what this is about? (Screenshot provided below)
