stroke color picker broken

Before I updated to the latest version of Animate I used to be able to click on the stroke color picker icon, then click on a color in my scene that I wanted to choose (either a stroke or fill color, and it would update the stroke color properly). This no longer works. Great job Adobe. Maybe you are too busy taking software away from people in Venezuela to make a good product.
