Stuck in outline mode but have Preview set to full

Somehow while following a tutorial I got everything into outline mode. I Googled the issue and the one suggestion I found was to check under "View" "Preview Mode." I did this and it is set to full, it is not set to outline, so I wonder if something else is going on.

I am rather perplexed.

Just figured it out. I did not realize the small rectangles down below were for outline view as well.
