I'm planning to get a surface pro in the future so I can work on cartoons during freetime in school, does the pen and pen preasure on the surface pro work with flash cs3 or even cs4?

Adobe doesn't really support that software anymore. It outdated and not really compatible with the latest computer systems.

It's now impossible to install CS3 on a new computer, because Adobe switched that off.

I found this post where one person was asking where to find the pen pressure sensitivity setting that he knew from CS3:

As the answer was that it's in the same place, that suggests both CS3 and CS4 could do pen pressure. One thing I'm not sure about is whether a surface pro touch screen would be read in the same way as a Wacom tablet, but there's reason to be hopeful.
