swf to fla converter?

is there like a website or free program that converts swf files into fla files with everything in the swf in the fla? like completly free

i do know a website that can do that though but it cant convert swf's that are 700+ kb

i alsok now about a program but it costs money, and the free version only has black and white and doesent show the scripts (for games)

so, anyone know a free and working swf to fla converter?
