Synchronizing the sound with Highlighting text

How could I synchronize the highlighting text mechanism with the audio. Any advice or   suggestions would be  very much appreciated

creating an flv is the best way to synchronize sound and animation.   the 2nd best is to add your sound to the timeline that contains the animation and set your sound to stream, not event.

Thanks for your response. I think no other way than the suggessted.If any other better logic exists that would be fine.
