SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list - Any ideas on how to fix this error

Constantly greeted with this error when I open Animate. Happens with new projects as well as opening previous saves. Tried the universal fix of uninstalling and reinstalling but get the same message. Click OK 6-7 times and the message goes away but it's back at the next startup. Any help with solving this will be greatly appreciated.
